Michael was selected by ABAVA and nominated through ABNOC to represent Antigua and Barbuda in this internationally recognized programme.
The eight-week programme, held from April 8 to May 28, 2026, was organized in collaboration with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and supported by Olympic Solidarity through the Antigua and Barbuda National Olympic Committee (ABNOC).
The course brought together coaches from across the world for advanced training in coaching methodology, athlete development, sports science, leadership, and long-term sporting excellence.
