Rogol Mills is an accomplished international beach volleyball referee whose dedication and professionalism have earned him appointments to some of the most prestigious events in the region. He has been appointed to officiate at the XXV Central American and Caribbean (CAC) Games in Beach Volleyball, to be held from July 23–30, 2026, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Rogol’s international journey began in 2016, when Mr. Arnaldo Sánchez assigned him to his first international tournament: the NORCECA Championship in Boquerón, Puerto Rico. This experience marked the start of a steady rise through the ranks of regional and continental beach volleyball officiating.
Thanks to the support and confidence of President Glenn Quinlan, Rogol further advanced his career in November 2019 by attending the International Beach Volleyball Referee Course. This milestone formalized his status on the international stage and opened the door to a series of high-level assignments.
In 2021, he served as a guest referee at the XIII Central American U21 Championship in Guatemala, and later that same year at the AFECAVOL Senior Central American Championship in El Salvador. From 2021 to the present, Rogol has been a consistent presence at NORCECA Championships, where he has not only officiated regularly but has also been trusted with medal matches—an acknowledgment of his reliability, calm under pressure, and strong command of the game.
His growth continued with multi-sport major events. In 2023, Rogol was appointed to his first Central American and Caribbean Games in El Salvador, where he officiated the Bronze Medal match. That same year, he was selected to referee at the Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile—another important recognition of his capabilities at the continental level. Looking ahead, he has also been appointed to the Junior Pan American Games in Asunción, Paraguay, in 2025.
Beyond these marquee events, Rogol has contributed significantly to the development of volleyball in the Eastern Caribbean. He has officiated at ECVA U-21 and Senior Championships in Saint Lucia and Saint Kitts, supporting the growth of the sport across the region and mentoring rising athletes through fair and consistent officiating.
