
Duane Augustus Daniel is an accomplished volleyball referee with extensive experience officiating in competitive matches. He began playing the sport in 1986, which sparked his lifelong passion for volleyball. Duane holds the prestigious certifications of National Referee from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and FIVB Referee, reflecting his commitment to the sport at both national and international levels.
As a founding member of the Eastern Caribbean Volleyball Association (ECVA) and the longest-standing volleyball club in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines—Gremlins Volleyball Club, which has been thriving for 38 years—Duane has made significant contributions to the development of volleyball in the region. He has also served as the former Head National Coach for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and has dedicated over 20 years to various roles in the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Volleyball Association (SVGVA), demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the sport.
Duane has officiated at notable tournaments, including the Intercontinental U-21 Championship, showcasing his expertise and passion for volleyball. With a deep understanding of the game, he aims to foster fair play and uphold the integrity of the sport.
